Batay sa inaprobahang general community quarantine with heightened restrictions sa National Capital Region, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, at Rizal, essential travel papasok at palabas sa mga naturang lugar ang pahihintulutan.
“Public transportation shall remain operational at such capacities and protocols in accordance with the Department of Transportation guidelines while the use of active transportation shall be promoted,” ayon sa kalatas ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque.
Lahat ng indoor dine-in services sa NCR Plus ay papayagan ang 20% venue o seating capacity habang ang outdoor o al fresco dining ay 50% venue o seating capacity.
Puwedeng buksan ang outdoor tourist attractions sa NCR Plus sa 30% capacity na may mahigpit na pagpapatupad ng minimum public health standards with strict adherence to minimum public health standards.
Pinapayagan ang religious gatherings at lamay sa mga nasawi pero hindi dahil sa CoVid-19 sa NCR Plus sa 10% ng venue capacity.
Patuloy rin na pinapayagan ang “non-contact sports in outdoor contact sports, games, scrimmages, and personal care services that allow for services not requiring mask removal, such as salons, parlors, beauty clinics, etc at 30% capacity.”
Puwede nang lumabas ng bahay ang eda 18-65 anyos.
“Meanwhile, entertainment venues, such as bars, concert halls, theaters, etc.;recreational venues, such as internet cafes, billiards halls, arcades, etc; amusement parks, fairs, playgrounds, kiddie rides; indoor sports courts and venues and indoor tourist attractions; venues for meetings, conferences, exhibitions shall not be allowed in GCQ areas with heightened restrictions.
Interzonal travel from NCR Plus areas, except those conducted by Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APORs), shall remain prohibited in GCQ areas with heightened restrictions.” (ROSE NOVENARIO)
