DREDGING AND DESILTING PROJECT

LC Soliman Marketing and AJ Marketing and Consultancy Services with its Korean Partners formalized a Contract signing last Monday June 18, 2018 at the former’s office in Clark Pamapanga of Ms. Lydia Soliman President of LC Soliman Marketing and Bro. Jhon Mendoza President and Chief Business Consultant of AJ Mktg. Together with its Korean Partners.

Ms. Lydia Soliman holds the Dredging and Desilting permit for Nahuko River in San Marcelino Zambales that during heavy rains causes the river to overflow and flood’s its neighbouring towns. Bro. Jhon Mendoza of AJ Mktg. together with Mr. Andrew Lee a Korean Businessman who has confidence with the Philippine Gov’t. under Pres. Duterte’s leadership will provide the capitalization and use a new technology to operate said project. Gravel, sand and Armour rock that will be extracted from the River may be used for Local and foreign construction materials and a percentage of the proceeds will be used to benefit the livelihood program of the KATUTUBO Foundation ( Aeta Tribes)of which Ms. Soliman is also the vice- chairman.

Other related projects of the group is the 101 hct Baguio for mix use development where a possible venture with Disneyland is in the making, The Groundbreaking for the 600hct Lease hold of 50+25 years mix use development including a 100 megawatts solar farm that will supply power to its Industrial Park , Housing , 7 Star Resorts and commercial areas plus its neighbour Hanjin Ship Buildetrs Subic.
