Bagong Victoria’s Secret

BINAGO ng Victoria’s Sceret ang kanilang marketing para ibenta ang kanilang bralettes—mga bra na walang padding.

Ito ngayon ang nauuso sa  pangkalusugan at kalat na kalat na ngayon ang mga advertisement para sa mga padding-free bra sa kanilang Facebook at Instagram account. Ang totoo, itinutulak ng kompanya ang mas natural na aesthetic.

Sa nakalipas na dekada, nakilala ang Victoria’s Secret sa kanilang mga pushup bra. Pinalitaw ng advertising nito na para lamang itong padding para magkaroon ng mas magandang hugis ang kanilang mga kostumer tulad sa Angels.

Ngayon, nagmamadali ang kompanya para matugunan ang demand para sa mga bra na bawas ang padding.

Sa kasawiang palad para sa Victoria’s Secret, mataas ang kompetisyon sa bralette category.

“The bralette is the hot piece of intimate apparel right now, and it puts Victoria’s Secret in an unfortunate position because it takes absolutely minimal design and know-how to manufacture a bralette… (so) there’s a lot more competition,” pahayag ni Gabriella Santaniello, ana-lyst at founder ng A Line Partners.

“You can go to Urban Outfitters, Express, American Eagle—a lot of other retailers are introducing (the) bralette.”

Mayroon din ilang lingerie startup na nag-aalok ng mga bralette.

“There are no barriers to entering in the bralette game,” dagdag ni Santaniello.
