Aniya, “Boxing has always been my passion. I was given the opportunity of representing the Philippines, bring fame and honor to my country every time I enter the ring. I am grateful for all my accomplishments and the opportunity to inspire the fans.”

At siyempre ang huling pinasalamatan ni Manny ang Diyos, mga magulang at kapatid, at ang asawang si Jinkee at ang kanilang limang anak.
“It is difficult for me to accept that my time as a boxer is over,” aniya. “Today, I am announcing my retirement.
“I’ve never thought that this day would come as I hang up my boxing gloves, I would like to thank the whole world especially the Filipino people for supporting Manny Pacquiao.
“Goodbye Boxing! I just heard the final bell, tapos na ang boxing maraming-maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat. God is good all the time.”
Pigil na pigil ni Manny ang pagpatak ng luha niya habang nagsasalita at pagkatapos ay at saka niya pinunasan ang kanyang mga mata habang paalis sa harap ng kamera.
Habang nagpapaalam siya ay ipinakita sa pamamagitan ng mga larawan at video ang kanyang mga nakaraang laban kasama ang mga taong tumulong sa kanya. Ipinakita rin kung paanong nagdiriwang ang bayan sa bawat panalo ng nag-iisang Pambansang Kamao.
Umabot naman sa 1.4M views sa IG account ni Manny at 13.7k comments na lahat ay binabati siya at nagpapasalamat sa ibinigay niyang karangalan sa bansa.
Sa Instagram account naman ni Jinkee Pacquiao ay inire-post niya ang video ng pag-aanunsiyo ng asawang si Manny Pacquiao sa boxing career nito.
Ang caption ng wifey ni Pacman, “After watching your Goodbye Boxing video, naalala ko gaano ako nag aalala on each and every one of your fights, especially kapag malaki at matangkad ang nakakalaban mo. But you were always full of faith and faced your opponents with courage.
