Nadine handang makipag-ayos sa Viva sa labas ng korte

NAGLABAS ng statement ang legal counsels ni Nadine Lustre na sina Atty. Eirene Jhone E. Aguila at Atty. Gideon V. Peña, na nagsasabing nakikipag-ayos na ang aktres sa dati niyang management na Viva Artist Agency (VAA), na idinemanda siya ng kasong breach of contract.

Tinapos ni Nadine ang kontrata niya sa VAA noong January 2020. Pero ayon sa VAA, ilegal ito dahil ang pinirmahang kontrata sa kanila ng aktres ay hanggang 2029 pa. 

Narito ang nilalaman ng statement.

“We confirm that there are ongoing negotiations to put an end to legal controversies between Nadine Lustre and Viva Artists Agency. While Nadine is confident about the strength of her legal position, she remains open to amicably settling with Viva and proceeding under terms that are fair and mutually beneficial

“Like Viva, Nadine looks forward to continuing to provide quality entertainment to audiences both local and across the globe.

“Nadine trusts that Viva will remain true to its mission statement to empower and develop artists and their talents for the betterment of their careers and lives.”

Well, sana nga ay maayos na ang gusot ni Nadine at ng VAA. ‘Pag nangyari ‘yun, siguradong magiging visible na naman sa pelikula si Nadine. Siyempre, bibigyan siya ulit ng movie ng nasabing kompanya, ‘di ba?
