HINIMOK ni Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso ang mga estudyante sa Maynila na gumamit ng “Stay Safe” COVID-19 contact tracing mobile app.
Sa ginanap na virtual conference sa pagitan ng University and College presidents, sinabi ni Mayor Isko, ito ay para masubaybayan ng mga estudyante ang mga lugar kung saan may naninirahang COVID-19 positive para makaiwas na pumunta roon.
“Ask your students, your staff, this is a very powerful app herein. Through registration you will be informed real time where there is positive COVID19, probable, or suspected within your vicinity a few meter, 10 meters, 300 meters, 500 meters, 1 kilometer, and so on and so on,” ayon kay Moreno.
Ayon sa tala ng Manila Health Department (MHD) lumalabas na mas marami sa kompirmadong dinapuan ng COVID-19 ay mula edad 18-39 anyos.
Nabatid, sa 1,443 COVID-19 positive cases, 563 ang nasa edad 18-39 anyos.
“Because of this application, the people will track the presence of COVID-19 lalo na ngayong general community quarantine (GCQ) and lalo na kung mag- modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) na tayo,” dagdag ni Isko.
