Caption ni Jasmin, ”Hey @grabfoodph, your rider stole my order. He won’t answer texts or calls.”
Komento ng netizen, ”Shame on these people who act all high and might but upon some slight inconvenience, uses their clout to publicly shame people.”
Sang-ayon din ang isa pang netizen, ”@jascurtissmith did you just simply took down your post when your ‘stolen’ food arrived? No public apology, for public shaming him just because you can?”
Sabi pa ng isa, ”Hmmm sana di na ipost, I know di mo nakuha ur fud mo pero pwede nman ireport sa app. What if nagkaprob lang .
“Hi, I’ve taken it down and I did simultaneously report it in the app, and via twitter. The Grab team has processed my refund. Wala po sa halaga ang concern. Thank you for your advice and will take this on board next time.”
“Hi there, Jasmine! So sorry to hear about this. We’ve responded to your DM. Rest assured that an investigation is already underway and we’ll keep you posted. Thank you.”
Hindi naman sumagot si Jasmin tungkol dito.
