Andrea, nagka-spine injury sa sobrang pagbubuhat

MAY ‘di magandang karanasan pala ang GMA actress na si Andrea Torres sa ‘di tamang paggi-gym. Naikuwento ni Andrea na nagkaroon siya ng spine injury dahil sa pagbubuhat.

Sa kanyang Instagram account, idinetalye ng sexy actress ang mga nangyari.

Kuwento nito, “2 yrs ago I was faced with one of the most difficult setbacks of my life. At the gym, I was lifting my heaviest..more than my weight.

“Now, I’m so happy to be back!I can lift again! This is an appreciation post for @chloellima30 who’s been giving so much more than what her job requires & does so with sincerity..and she never even asks credit for it. THANK YOU.”

“To more goals met & hopefully, heavier weights. Remember, you can always bounce back. Hard work will always, ALWAYS, be rewarded. Just make sure that the same energy you give to push yourself, you must also give to take care of yourself.”

Kaya naman inga’t na inga’t na ngayon si Andrea sa paggi-gym para hindi na maulit ang nangyari sa kanya. Gusto niya ring ibahagi sa iba ang nangyari sa kanya para malaman ng iba ang kahalagahan ng tamang paraan ng paggi-gym.
