Walang masama sa ‘pepe-dede ralismo video’ — Duterte

WALANG nakitang masama si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa kumalat na “pepe-dede ralismo” video ni Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson sa kabila ng kaliwa’t kanang kritisismo sa mahalay na paglalako ng usapin sa publiko.

Sa press briefing sa Palasyo kahapon, ikinuwen­to ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque na pinanood ni Pangulong Duterte ang video sa harap nina Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno, Executive Secretary Salva­dor Medialdea, at Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez.

“Very cool” aniya ang Pangulo at walang ibinigay na direktiba kaugnay sa kontrobersiyal na video da­hil para sa kanya, hindi mala­king isyu ito.

Para aniya sa Pangulo, bahagi lamang it ng “free­dom of expression.”

“Actually wala naman po siyang ibinigay na instruction, at the President was very cool about it. I mean, he’s a… you know, primary—he’s a first and foremost a believer in freedom of expression. But of course he knows that charter change has to be more serious but to him it was not really a big thing ‘no,” sabi ni Roque.
