APAT na buwan na palang pinaghahanap ni Ginoong Catalino ‘JR’ Sabater Jr., ang isang nagngangalang Lito Malabanan na umano’y nanggoyo sa kanya sa isang brandnew car transaction.
Hanggang sa kasalukuyan ay nanggigigil at galit pa si JR Sabater dahil natangayan siya ng cold cash ng mama na nagkakahalaga ng P950,000.
Ang transaction sa bentahan ng sasakyan, isang Toyota Fortuner 4×2 automatic diesel ay naganap sa fourth level ng parking area ng Solaire Casino and Hotel na sakop ng south of Manila.
Sa paniniwala niyang in good faith ang kanyang ka-deal sa Toyota Fortuner, ipinagkatiwala ni JR Sabater
ang nasabing halaga kay Malabanan.
Sa pamamagitan niya at ng kanyang driver, sa parking lot ng casino niya binayaran ang sasakyan dakong 5:15 ng hapon noong Nobyembre 27, 2015.
Magkasama pa raw binilang ni Malabanan at ng kasama nitong si Carlos Joseph sa kanilang dalang counting machines ang bundle ng salapi sa loob ng kanilang adventure na sasakyan.
Nagkahiwalay daw sila ni Malabanan na ang kapalit ng kanyang pera ay color Freedom white na Toyota Fortuner with conduction sticker YU-9478 model 2015, ang open deed of sale na pirmado ng isang Nida Solivio at ‘tampered’ na car delivery receipt ng sasakyan.
Matapos ang bilihan sa nasabing sasakyan, makalipas ang isang buwan, dahil nagduda na siya, nag-verify si JR Sabater sa Toyota car dealer sa Dasmariñas, Cavite, pinagmulan ng Toyota Fortuner. Doon ay nalaman niya na ang tunay na principal borrower owner ng sasakyan ay isang Nida Ferrer Silivio na may address sa Golden City Subdivision, Dasmariñas, Cavite. Sa bayaran ng sasakyan ay wala umano si Silivio.
Natuklasan pa rin ni JR Sabater na ang Toyota Fortuner na may conduction sticker na YU-9478 ay naka-car loan nang limang taon sa BDO branch sa Imus, Cavite at nasa pangalan ni Silivio.
Sa pamamagitan ng kanyang abogadong si Atty. dela Rea, naghahanda na nang kaukulang reklamo sa National Bureau of Investigation si JR Sabater.

THE higher command of the Police Regional Office 4A based in Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba City, Laguna earlier announced the 1,700 total quota for Police Officer One (PO1) Recruitment Program for calendar year 2016.
According to Regional Personnel and Human Resource Development Division (RPHRDD), PRO4A was allotted 1,700 (1st Cycle – 700, 2nd Cycle – 1,000) for P01 Recruitment Program for the CY 2016, with this total, 100 will be allotted exclusively for public safety forces; 600 for the remaining regular quota; 700 total regular quota; and a total of 1,000 for the attrition quota.
The number of applicants for initial screening process shall be 150% of the recruitment quota allocated. However, the number of female applicants to be recruited will depend on the needs of the regional office but should not be less than 10% or more than 20% of the annual quota.
The RPHRDD have started accepting application folders for individuals who are interested to join the rolls of the Philippine National Police as early as November of 2015.
According to records from RPHRDD, a total of 2,222 applicants were already validated as of March 18, 2016. Of this total, 723 were Female and 1,499 were Male.
The 1st cycle of the PO1 Regular Recruitment Program with allotted quota of 700, will start its processing this April and the Oath Taking is set on July 2016 while the 2nd Cycle Attrition with allotted quota of 1,000 will start by June 2016 and the oath taking is scheduled on November 2016.
