James, ‘di sumusunod sa utos ng korte?

KABABABA pa lang ng eroplano ng Queen of All Media na si Kris Aquino kasama ang dalawang anak na sina Josh at Bimby galing Japan noong Lunes ay nalaman niyang nagsalita raw ang legal counsel ng ex-husband niyang si James Yap na si Atty. Lorna Kapunan na hindi raw siya sumusunod sa utos ng korte tungkol sa visitation rights ng basketbolista sa anak.

Ang legal counsel ni Kris na si Atty. Sigfrid Fortun ang sumagot sa pamamagitan ng official statement na ipinadala sa media, particular kay MJ Marfori ng TV5.

Ayon kay Atty. Fortun, ipinag-utos daw ng korte na susunduin ni James si Bimby noong Lunes, Nobyembre 4, pero wala raw abiso si James sa rating asawa.

Sumusunod daw si Kris sa lahat ng utos ng korte at wala raw intensiyong suwayin ito o ipagdamot si Bimby sa tatay niya.

Base sa ipinadalang statement ng abogado ni Kris, “The court order on visitation requires James to fetch Bimby in his residence. Kris has been waiting for James to tell her what time he is fetching their son.

“She has received no messages from James to this effect. Kris is compliant with all court orders relating to visitation and she has no intention of violating those or depriving James of his right to be with his son.”
