HARD TALK

Ayon kay Doc Aragon, “The cases against both respondents arouse when the Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas, Inc (KSMBPI) last November 2025 called up the attention of both respondents through KSMBPI’s legal counsel Atty. Mark Tolentino to cease and desist from posting and vlogging their adult contents in online public social media platforms that are easily available to children.
“Such notice to sue demand letters from KSMBPI was not heeded by both respondents hence the case versus them was filed in the early part of March 2026 at the Makati Prosecutor’s Office.”
Dagdag pa ni Doc Aragon, “After our dialogue earlier this month Salome Salvi and I agreed to pursue the cases that KSMBPI fiIed at the fiscal’s office.”
Ayon pa sa KSMBPI Chairman marami pang mga kaso ang nakatakdang isumite sa courts of law, “against entities that we’ll find that are also violating the same laws mentioned above. In order to protect our minor children from these lewd online materials that are openly accessible to them all.
“We are set also to file soon similar cases versus CINEPOP and T-BONE corporations as soon as our evidences and witnesses are complete and ready. We are now appealing with finality to these 2 companies i mentioned now to cease and desist from openly posting adult contents in open public social media platforms that are accessible to children. Lets protect them all from moral decay,” pagtatapos ni Doc Aragon.
Mahaba-habang usapin ito.
