LABING-SIYAM na panukalang batas ang hiniling ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., sa mga miyembro ng dalawang kapulungan ng Kongreso na gawing prayoridad upang pag-aralan at maipasa.
Sa unang State of the Nation Address (SONA), agaran niyang hiniling sa kongreso ang pagbibigay ng pansin sa kanyang mga prayoridad na panukala na nais niyang maging batas, gaya ng mga sumusunod: National Government ‘Rigthsizing’ Program; Budget Modernization Bill, Tax Package 3 (Valuation reform bill); Passive Income and Financial Intermediary Taxation Act; E-Government Act; Internet Transaction Act or E-Commerce Law; Government Financial Instituion Unified Initiatives to distress enterprises for economic recovery; Establishment of Medical Reserve Corps; National Disease Prevention Management Authority; Creation of the Virology Institute of the Philippines; Department of Water Resources;
Unified System of Separation, Retirement and Pension; E-Commerce Act; National Land Use Act; National Defense Act; Mandatory Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) and National Service Training Program; Enactment of An Enabling Law for the Natural Gas Industry; Amendments to Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA ); at Amendments to Build-Operate-Transfer Law.
Bago hiniling ni Marcos sa Kongreso ang mga naturang panukalang batas ay kanyang inilahad ang programa ng kanyang adminitrasyon ukol sa sektor ng agrikultura, agrarian reform, turismo, tungkulin ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) sa pagbibigay ng tulong sa mga kababayan nating mahihirap na biktima ng kalalimidad at krisis, Department of Migrant Workers sa pagbibigay proteksyon sa ating mga kababayang manggawa sa ibang bansa.
Tinalakay din ni Marcos ang ilang mga programa niya ukol sa tuloy-tuloy na pagbangon ng ekonomiya ng ating bansa mula sa dalawang taong pandemyang dulot ng CoVid 19. (NIÑO ACLAN)
