Elpidio Barzaga at Batangas Rep.
“Putting emphasis on positive developments will increase people’s hope and optimism that this problem shall pass and better days are coming ahead,” ani Barzaga, presidente ng National Unity Party (NUP) at chairman ng House committee on natural resources.
Ayon naman kay Abu, “good news will help quell panic among Filipinos and motivate them to contribute to government’s fight against the dreaded disease.”
Kaugnay nito sinabi ni Anaklasugan party-list Rep. Mike Defensor, kailangang i-advance ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) ang release ng midyear bonus para sa 1.6 milyong empleyado ng gobyerno.
“We should walk the talk. If the government is appealing to private employers to consider advancing the 13th-month salary of their employees to tide them over the enhanced community quarantine, the public sector should do the same. In fact, we should take the lead,” ani Defensor, chairman ng House committee on public accounts.
“Our goal is to make these currently important health products available in the market and enable consumers to buy them at cost,” ani Castello.
