“I do workout, and I eat, I prefer burger and Jollibee! I also eat rice sometimes, at Jollibee with chicken but yeah I workout a lot because I love food, I love eating.
“I just workout, I drink a lot of water, and a little bit of red wine, so this is my tip, just a little bit of red wine, and you will be glamorous! The French one!
“And yeah I think it’s the way you’re living also, just being happy and yeah, enjoying life makes you beautiful and glamorous.”
Ayon naman kay Demi-Leigh, “I think it is the mind state and to always just be happy.”
Dapat ay laging positive thinking at positive African life ang paiiralin.
“And to me I’ve always been into sports, I used to play hockey in high school and do field athletics.
“So it’s always been a lifestyle for me to be healthy and to look after my body and to give it the nutrition that it needs and to be able to have it functioning in its best possible way.
“And that’s my way of staying healthy. And I think what you put into your body is what shows on the outside.”

Ayon naman kay Queen Pia, “No, but seriously I agree with the girls that it really depends on where you’re at in your life.
“If you’re like truly happy that will resonate in how you look like.
“So the way I see it is you just need to balance everything in life, like how, you know, you’re working on your career but you’re also working on your personal life and then… it’s really just balance.
“Also with your diet, I mean I don’t restrict myself with anything, just everything in moderation lang and then trying to keep active despite your busy schedule so it’s really just listening to your body, taking care of yourself.
“That’s the best beauty product, it’s your health.”
