System audit sa AES ng Comelec igigiit ng Bongbong camp

NAKATAKDANG hili-ngin ng kampo ni Vice Presidential candidate Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr., sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) na buksan ang Automated Election System para sa system audit makaraan madiksobre ang mga iregularidad habang tina-tabulate ang resulta ng May 9 elections base sa Certificates of Canvass.

Sinabi ni Atty. Jose Amor Amorado, head ng BBM for VP “Quick-Count” center, ayon sa IT (Information Techno-logy) experts, tanging sa system audit makikita kung ang resulta ng elek-siyon ay hindi naaapektohan nang pagbabago sa script na ginawa sa server.

“By tomorrow May 18 in the early afternoon 1 p.m. we are filing a strongly-worded demand letter to the Comelec regarding the opening of the system for a systems audit because doing so will finally put to rest whether or not the changing of the ‘?’ to ‘ñ’ that they tampered with resulted to  something else,” aniya.

Gayondin, tinukoy ni Atty. Amorado ang report ng Provincial Board of Canvassers sa Laguna na humihingi ng permiso mula sa Comelec para muling mag-convene “to correct the discrepancies” sa manually-uploaded election results mula sa kanilang provincial COC.

Sa nasabing report, ang Precinct No. 13423 na kumakatawan sa bayan ng Rizal sa Laguna ay nakalista ang 12 boto bawat isa kina Senators Allan Peter Cayetano, Francis Escudero at Gringo Honasan at siyam boto bawat isa kina Senator Marcos, Rep. Leni Robredo at Senator Antonio Trillanes.

Ipinunto rin ni Atty. Amorado ang “highly irregular” number ng ‘undervotes sa Vice Presidential race.

“We have collated unusually high percentages of under votes for the Vice Presidential race in all parts of the country – from Region 1 to the National Capital Region and all the way to Region 13 and the ARMM (Autonomous Region for Muslim Mindanao)” dagdag ni Amorado.

Ipinaliwanag niyang ang ibig sabihin ng “under vote” ay botante na hindi pumili ng sino mang kandidato. Taliwas ito sa “over vote” na ang botante ay pumili nang higit pa sa bilang ng mga kandidato para sa posisyon. Sa magkaparehong kaso, ang boto ay hindi bibilangin.

“Overall, there were more than 3.3 million undervotes in the 2016 Vice Presidential derby and in a highly contested race, we consider the same highly suspicious,” paliwanag ni Amorado.

Aniya, hawak nila ang mga ebidensiya ng iba pang iregularidad ngunit patuloy pa silang nangangalap ng iba pang mga ebidensiya. Isasapubliko aniya ito kapag nakakuha na sila ng clearance.

Idinagdag niyang magpapadala rin si Marcos ng mga kinatawan sa pagdinig ng Joint Congressional Oversight Committee on the Automated Election System na mag-iimbestiga sa ‘unauthorized change’ sa script ng transparency server para sa automa-ted elections. “We would like to thank everyone who has been helping us in this campaign especially those who are risking their lives just to reveal vital information on the conduct of the elections. Rest assured that we will not stop until the true will of the people prevails,” aniya.
