Wanted na manyakis nahoyo sa Pasig

HIMAS-REHAS ang isang construction worker na wanted sa kasong Act of Lasciviousness nang maaresto ng mga awtoridad sa lungsod ng Pasig, nitong Biyernes ng hapon, 4 Pebrero, sa lungsod ng Pasig.

Sa ulat ni P/Col. Roman Arugay, hepe ng Pasig PNP, kay P/BGen. Rolando Yebra, direktor ng Eastern Police District, kinilala ang nadakip na si Ace Villena, 24 anyos, construction worker, at nakatira sa Blk. 22 Lot 8, Aris St., Mangga 3, Brgy. Pinagbuhatan sa lungsod.

Inaresto ang suspek dakong 2:40 pm nitong Biyernes, sa bisa ng warrant of arrest sa kasong paglabag sa Art. 336 of RPC, Acts of Lasciviousness na nilagdaan ni Presiding Judge Emilio Ramos Gonzales lll, ng Pasig City Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 54, nitong 1 Pebrero, may nakatakdang piyansang P36,00 para sa pansamantalang kalayaan.
