“The contest will be underway without the physical conduct of the event. The Board of Directors of the Queen of Hearts Foundation resolved that the pageant will be held online.
“QOH still continues, in an innovative and unconventional approach, without violating any government mandates…, as it’s one with the government that prioritizes the safety of everyone. I’m proud to be part of QOH. #innovative #creative
“All the criteria previously disseminated shall be followed. Candidates are enjoined to prepare clear videos of their advocacy introduction, evening gown, national costume and talent presentation. For the Q and A portion, the judges will interview the candidates individually by Zoom or teleconferencing. They are strongly urged to be active in securing their public voting votes. It is a platform being used by judges to determine their popularity. Further details should be announced soonest.
