Ms. Universe International Faye Tangonan at promising singer-composer Lester Paul Recirdo ginawaran ng Gawad Pilipino

Last December 17, 2018 sabay na tumanggap ng award ang reigning Ms. Universe International na si Faye Tangonan at ang kaibigang guwapong singer composer na si Lester Paul Recirdo na pinarangalan bilang “Promising Singer/Composer of the Year.”

Bilang National Director ng Hawaii para sa Miss Teen Tourism ay appointed naman si Ms. Faye ng Gawad Pilipino bilang Ambassador for International Women Empower­ment.

Ayon kay Ms. Faye, magsisilbing inspirasyon sa kanya ang nasabing appoinment at higit pang makapag-inspire ng future beauty queens especially sa petite ladies na puwedeng mag-join sa binuo nitong Miss and Mrs. Petite Inter­national.

“I want to show the world that being a beauty queen isn’t about being the fairest or the tallest of them all. But it is about having a brilliant mind, a beautiful soul and pure heart.

“My heart is always into helping other people. I still wanna focus on my foundation, the Ms. Universe International Foundation with the goal of creating a better world through compassion and kindness,” sey ni Ms. Faye na recently ay nag-launch ng kanyang sariling website na may mga following na agad.

This July, isa si Faye sa magiging guest performer sa forthcoming concert ni David Pomeranz sa Hawaii. Pasado ring artista ang Mrs. Universe International 2018.
