Oust Duterte ngayong Oktubre plano ng CPP-NPA

PLANO ng rebeldeng komunista na patalsikin si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa Oktubre, ayon sa Armed Forces of the Philippines, kasabay ng pagpapahayag ng suporta sa tulu­yang pagbasura sa usapang pang­kapayapaan.

Sinabi ni AFP spokes­man Colonel Edgard Are­valo nitong Martes, ang ouster plot ay nakasaad umano sa mga doku­men­tong narekober ng mga sundalo at confirmed testimonies ng sumukong mga rebeldeng komunis­ta.

“There is such  plan that [was hatched] during the period that there was a lull in the operations because of the ongoing ceasefire,” pahayag ni Arevalo nitong Martes.

Gayonman, tumang­ging isiwalat ni Arevalo kung saan at kailangan narekober ang mga doku­mento, ngunit tiniyak na ito ay “credible” pieces of information mula sa sumukong mga miyem­bro ng New People’s Army.

Itinanggi rin niyang ihayag ang kanilang mga isinasagawa upang mapi­g­i­­lan ang sinasabing pla­no ng mga rebeldeng komunista, sinabing ang mga detalye ng operas­yon ay hindi dapat ibuny­ag.

“Operational details na ‘yan ano but what we can tell you is we have adopted necessary measures to ensure na they will not succeed, they should not succeed,” ayon kay Arevalo.

Nauna rito, sinabi ni Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, ang Com­munist Party of the Philip­pines-New People’s Army-National Demo­cratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) ay nagbuo ng 3-year plan para sa pagsusulong sa kanilang revolutionary movement, kabilang ang pagpa­pa­simula ng “Oust Duterte Movement” kung hindi sasang-ayon ang punong ehekutibo sa coa­lition government.

Ayon sa Defense chief, ang 3-year plan ay binuo sa dalawang okasyon habang ipinatutupad ang “last unilateral ceasefire covering the period 2016 until January 2017, wherein the CPP-NPA-NDF held the largest and 2nd People’s Congress from October to Novem­ber 2016 and the Central Committee Plenum in December 2016.”

“By January 2017, the National Military Com­mission of the [CPP-NPA-NDF] reinforced the earlier plenum Agenda. Using the lull in the fighting because of the ceasefire they were able to conso­lidate, reco­ver their lost ground/mass base and expand their influence,” pahayag ni Lorenzana.

Ayon kay Lorenzana, noong Mayo 2017, pro­mal na inilunsad ng mga rebeldeng komunista ang Oust Duterte operation na umano’y isasagawa sa Oktubre ngayong taon.
