AGLP: ‘di lang P6.4-B shabu may una nang nakalusot

NANINIWALA ang National Capital Region (NCR) Chapter of the Anti-Graft League of the Philippines na mayroong mga shipment na naunang nakalabas din sa Bureau of Customs (BOC) kahit naglalaman ito ng mga shabu.

Sa nakuhang dokumento ng AGLP, apat pang kaparehong shipment ang dumaan sa green lane.

Malaki umano ang naitulong ng testimonya ni Mark Taguba, ang naglabas ng shabu shipment, upang malaman ng publiko kung sino ang mga kumikita sa mabilis na pagpapalabas ng mga kargamento sa BoC.

“If one will peg one (1) container’s worth of smuggled drug at six point four (6.4) billion pesos per Congressional revelation and estimate them, the 4 missing similar containers shipped through the Green Lane should total to another 26 billion pesos,” suspetsa ng NCR Chapter of the Anti-Graft League of the Philippines.

Nasa listahan ang importer/shipper Mr. Richard Chen ng Hong Fei Logistics sa lahat ng entry forms na nai-file para sa Green Lane, na pare-parehong naiproseso at cleared containerized shipment at ide-deliver sa iisang warehouse.

Ang green lane ay isang zone of clearance of shipments kung saan dumaraan ang lahat ng shipments para iproseso.

Hindi na daraan sa pagsisiyasat o alert call ang shipment na dumaan sa zone of clearance.

Ayon kay Mr. Gavino Velasquez, ang NCR Director of the Anti-Graft League of the Philippines sa panayam ng DWBL, “Taguba has similarly hoodwinked the Congress of the Philippines when he successfully obtained from Barbers’ committee on Dangerous Drug to grant him Legislative Immunity.” (J. SINOCRUZ)
