Kris, pumayat dahil sa karamdaman

MATAGAL na palang maysakit si Kris Aquino kaya ilang linggo na siyang tahimik sa social media.

Bagamat nagsabi na siya noon na limitado at pipiliin na lang niya ang ise-share niya sa kanyang IG account ay marami pa ring nag-aabang ng mga post ng Queen of All Media.

Kaya kinumusta namin si Kris noong Lunes nang mabalitaan naming dumalo siya ng event at maraming nakapansing pumayat ang TV host patunay na hindi nga maganda ang pakiramdam nito.

Almost midnight nang sagutin kami ni Kris, “nag-post lang niyong pinagdaraanan kong EXTREME, near death migraine.”

Nabanggit nga na umabot daw sa 170/108 ang kanyang blood pressure kaya closely monitored siya ng doktor niya.

Base sa post ni Kris sa kanyang IG account noong Lunes, “Medical bulletin: I’ve been resting in bed since Wednesday night- my BP was 170/108 from extreme pain due to the tightness of the muscles in my upper back & neck, there was also straightening of my cervical spine that produced a mixed nature of headaches related to migraine & cervicogenic type- trust me the physical distress was extreme.

“Dr. Tonio Piano (he trained in Singapore for this procedure) who is partners w/ Dr. JJ Tiongson my neurologist in Medical City this afternoon gave me Botolinum Toxin injections done over the cervical paraspinal & trapezius muscles (in simple language, Botox injections over the nape & shoulder muscles.)

“I wanted to explain my silence, I am feeling better but was told to take it easy until the end of the week. I’m also taking 4 different medicines- so I stayed off IG because being under pain management medication could make me say things I’m better off keeping quiet about.”

Sabi namin na huwag na lang magpa-stress para hindi tumaas ang BP at magpahinga na lang kaya maski na may gusto kaming itanong ay hindi na namin itinuloy pa.
