PRESIDENT Benigno Aquino appointed Finance Usec. JOHN PHILLIP SEVILLA to be the commissioner of Bureau of Customs replacing Ruffy Biazon, who was force to resign dahil nasabit sa PDAF scam.
Remember the trust and confidence was gi-ven only to Secretary Cesar Purisima by the Pre-sident to uproot graft and corruption in customs.
Ano ang masasabing remaining power of the commissioner right NOW?
Sorry but that’s the way I look at the picture right now,
Mayroon kaya?
The Bureau of Customs Employee Association (BOCEA) will submit a narrative input to a lawmaker who will deliver a privilege speech in their favor CONDEMING the HARSH TREATMENT of the Department of Finance against BoC personnel and to protect the rights of all employees sa kanilang security of tenure, and the unlawful treatment of management.
And what will happen sa mga BoC Career officials placed under CPRO ng DOF? Will they stay there for good or how long will they be staying there? Will that depend on the recommendation of Sec. Purisma??
Are they really qualified in that position? Militarization and dictatorial ba ang form of changes o sagot sa pagbabago sa BoC?
Merry Christmas po at Masaganang Bagong taon sa lahat.
