“Alam niyo po, ‘yung MU Organization they’re all after inclusivity.
“Ngayon they want to include everybody and I know maraming magtataas ng kilay because iba ‘yung nakasanayan nila. Iba ‘yung nakasanayan natin.
“Pero change is good, and this change is a powerful message.
“So ako personally I’m all for it kasi hindi naman ibig sabihin na ‘pag nanay ka, ikaw agad ‘yung panalo. Still, you have to compete.
“And ‘yung mga nanay natin, transwomen, you know, married women, they have a powerful story to share and ganoon po ‘yung essence of beauty pageant, to be transformative.”
“Ako I’m all for it! I embrace you know, the new changes, it’s a changing world din naman, so I’m excited for the future in pageantry.
“Kasi it’s not always gonna be the same. The pageants, like Miss World and Miss Universe back in the day are completely different from how they are today.
“‘Yung nire-represent nila dati iba na rin ngayon so I’m excited to see where pageantry will also be in the next twenty years,” pahayag ni Megan na mapapanood din sa Royal Blood bilang si Diana.
