Bangsamoro Transition Commission kasado na

LALAGDAAN ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang executive order sa Lunes, Nobyembre 7, ang pagbuo ng Bangsamoro Transition Commission (BTC) para magkaroon ng tsansa ang iba pang grupo sa Mindanao na lumahok sa prosesong pangkapayaan sa Mindanao.

Sinabi ni Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Jesus Dureza, ang positibong pagtugon ni Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) founding chairman Nur Misuari ang isa sa mga dahilan nang pagbalangkas ng bagong BTC na unang bi-nuo ng administrasyong Aquino para sa peace talks sa Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).

Sa kabila aniya nang pagsuspinde sa warrant of arrest laban kay Misuari, tiniyak ni Pangulong Duterte na makakamit ang hustisya kaugnay sa Zamboanga siege noong 2013 at iba pang insidente na tutukuyin ng Transitional Justice and Reconciliation Commission.

Determinado aniya ang Pangulo na maghari ang kapayapaan sa bansa at tuldukan ang armadong tunggalian sa rebeldeng komunista  at Moro.

“Public participation will be an integral part of the process through the formation of various Peace Tables in the different sectors and communities following President Duterte’s desire for inclusiveness, transparency, and convergence. The bigger peace table of the people will enable every Filipino to contribute not only to make peace happen, but more importantly, to make peace last,” ani Dureza.
