Palasyo handa sa Duterte admin probe vs DAP

NAKAHANDA ang Malacañang sa binabalak ng Duterte administration na imbestigahan ang kontrobersiyal na Disbursement Accelaration Program (DAP).

Sinasabing ang pondo ay ipinamahagi sa mga senador na bumoto pabor sa impeachment laban kay dating Chief Justice Renato Corona sa pamamagitan ng soft at hard projects.

Ilang bahagi ng DAP ang idineklarang ilegal ng Korte Suprema partikular ang pag-withdraw ng mga hindi nagamit na alokasyon o savings ng mga ahensiya ng pamahalaan.

Sinabi ni Communications Sec. Sonny Coloma, buong katapatang sinunod ni Pangulong Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III ang Saligang Batas at lahat ng mga batas ng bansa.

Ayon kay Coloma, pinagtibay ng Korte Suprema ang kanilang ‘motion for reconsideration’ partikular ang operative fact doctrine.

Sa nasabing ruling aniya, kinikilala ng korte ang ‘presumption of regularity’ sa implementasyon ng DAP.

“As Chief Executive, President Aquino faithfully followed the Constitution and the laws of the land. If we may recall, the Supreme Court upheld the motion for reconsideration filed through the Office of the Solicitor General, particularly on the operative fact doctrine. In that Decision, the Supreme Court categorically ruled and upheld the presumption of regularity in the implementation of the DAP,” ani Coloma.
