Magsisilbing opening festival ang Couture, isang pelikula sa loob ng pelikula ni Alice Winocour na tampok ang Hollywood star na si Angelina Jolie.

Ang QCinema 13 ay mapapanood sa mga piling sinehan sa Quezon City tulad ng Gateway, Trinoma, Eastwood, Fishermall, Cloverleaf at Robinsons Galleria mula Nobyembre 14 hanggang 23.
