AMONG the honorees were Sheikh Khalid Bin Mohammed Al Saud and Sheikh Abdullah Al-Othaim, two influential Saudi Arabian businessmen and philanthropists. Sheikh Khalid’s innovative real estate and infrastructure projects in Makkah have transformed urban development while preserving cultural heritage.
