“Very cooperative sila,” pagtukoy ni Chair Lala sa It’s Showtime na napatawan last year ng 12-day suspension.
“I’m very thankful. Kasi, cooperative sila lahat. They’ve been very cooperative.
“So I also want that kind of relationship with all our stakeholders, to have an open communication. And we’re here to guide them.
“We’re not here to police them. We’re here to — yes, of course, we will continue to uphold our mandate, which is to protect children from content that they are not supposed to see.
“But we are also here to work with the television and the movie industry,” giit ni Chair Lala.
Natanong kay Chair Lala kung nag-courtesy call sa MTRCB ang It’s Showtime, at aniya, “No, but we are in constant communication, and very cooperative ang ‘Showtime’ production.
“Okey na okey sila. Cooperative sila, they’ve been working with us.”
And naniniwala si Chair Lala na maingat na ngayon ang It’s Showtime katulad din ng iba pang programa naipatatawag nila.
“I’d like to believe so. I’d like to give them that credit also.”
Nalaman naming nanonood si Chair ng It’s Showtime at ang favorite segment niya sa show ay ang ‘EXpecially For You.’
