Nakuha ng pelikulang idinirehe ni Jun Lana at handog ng The Idea First Company, Octoberian Films, at Quantum Film ang Best Picture, Best Director, Best Lead Actor, Best Screenplay.

Itinanghal namang Best Actress si Gladys Reyes sa epektibong pagganap niya sa pelikulang Apag at si Romnick Sarmenta ang Best Actor para sa pelikulang About Us But Not About Us.

Si Keempee de Leon ang nagwagi bilang Best Supporting Actor mula sa pelikulang Here Comes The Groom ng  Quantum Films, Cineko Productions, at Brightlight Productions habang si Jervi Lee o mas kilala bilang si KaladKaren ang kauna-unahang transgender na na-nominate at nanalo bilang Best Supporting Actress mula rin sa pelikulang Here Comes The Groom.

Pinarangalan din ng Special Jury Prize ng Summer MMFF ang aktor na si Elijah Canlas sa kanyang pagganap sa About Us But Not About Us gayundin ang produksiyon ng Here Comes The Groom.

Wagi rin ng Best Cinematography, Best Production Design, Best Editing, Best Musical Score, at Best Sound ang About Us But Not About Us.

Ang mga nanalo ay pinili ng board of jurors na pinangunahan ng Golden Globe nominee at isa sa cast ng award-winning movie na Triangle of Sadness na si Dolly de Leon kasama ang iba pang jurors na sina direk Joey Javier Reyes, Toff de Venecia, Mario Bautista, Rolanto Tolentino, Che-Che Ona, Tim Orbos at iba pa.
