ANG ganda ng trailer ng TV series na Love Beneath the Stars kaya naman super proud talaga ang mga producer na sina Omar Sortijas, Direk Derick Cabrido, at Jodi Sta. Maria dahil mapapanood na ang 6-weeks nito simula Agosto 16 sa iWantTFC tuwing Lunes na idinirehe ni Dolly Dulu at siya rin ang sumulat.
Ito ang TV series ng pelikulang Boy Foretold by the Stars na nanalo ng 2nd Best Picture sa nakaraang 2020 Metro Manila Film Festival bukod pa sa Best Original Sound Track at Gender Sensitivity Award.
Sa virtual mediacon ng Love Beneath the Stars, abot-abot ang pasalamat ng buong cast sa pangunguna nina Adrian Lindayag at Keann Johnson kasama sina Romnick Sarmenta, Nikki Valdez, Victor Silayan, at Agot Isidro sa magandang feedback mula sa media na nakapanood ng screening bago ito ipalabas sa Lunes.
Bilang isa sa producer ay talagang hangang-hanga si Jodi sa resulta dahil ang ganda ng pagkakasulat ni direk Dolly.
“Every story naman talaga is worth telling ‘di ba and maganda rin talaga ‘yung mga dramatic points ng pelikula. The characters are so relatable. Alam mo ‘yung kilala natin sila. I guess that’s why when you watch it, it has that effect on you. It is a person’s heart that you’re watching eh. It’s their story there and regardless of gender or race or social status, parang love is really universal,” pahayag ni Jodi.
Dagdag pa, ”Napakaraming pinagdaanan ng pelikula bago siya nailabas and we’re just so happy na after so many redirections na nangyari sa pelikula, naging Second Best Picture tayo, nanalo tayo ng Gender Sensitivity Award, and we’re just blessed with a good directors and good actors so I couldn’t ask for more.”
At ngayong mapapanood na ang series sa Agosto 16 ay pinasalamatan ni Jodi ang iWantTFC at Dreamscape Entertainment na naging behikulo para magkaroon ng follow-up ang Boy Foretold by the Stars.
