Pasay City naglunsad ng online system para sa aplikasyon ng business permits

INILUNSAD kahapon ng Pasay local gocernment unit (LGU) ang online system for renewal of business permits na magiging available din sa mga bagong magtatayo ng negosyo simula sa Enero sa susunod na taon.

Tinawag na Pasay E-Business Go Live, ang naturang system o app ay idinisenyo para sa contactless processing ng permit upang maiwasan ang person-to-person transactions sa pagitan ng city hall employees at publikong nagpoproseso ng permits.

Pinaniniwalaag at pinangangambahang posibleng maging dahilan ng paghawa ng coronavirus ang pisikal na pakikipag-ugnayan ng mga empleyado o indibiwal sa maraming tao.

Makatutulong ito para mabawasan ang pangangailangang lumabas ng kanilang bahay ang mga tao at magpunta sa city hall para sa pagpoproseso ng business permit dahil puwede na nila itong gawin sa computer na may internet connection.

Sa pamamagitan ng nasabing system o app ay magiging mas mahusay at mas mabilis din ang business permit processing.

Ang mga magtatayo ng bagong negosyo simula sa Enero ng susunod na taon ay magagamit na rin ang naturang sistema.

“Ito ay isa sa mga hakbangin ng Pasay LGU upang matulungan ang business sector sa ating lungsod na makabawi mula sa epekto ng pandemya, habang tinitiyak din natin na maipatutupad ang minimum health and safety standards,” ayon kay Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano.

“Sa pamamagitan din nito ay magiging mas convenient, mas madali, at mas mabilis ang pagpoproseso ng business permit,” dagdag ng alkalde.

Ang naturang E-Business app ay pangunahing pangangasiwaan ng Business Permits and Licensing Office at ma-a-access sa https://eodbbusiness.pasay.gov.ph/Account/Login.

Narito ang step-by-step guide ng naturang e-business app:

Documentary Requirements
(for RENEWAL of Business Permit)

1. Electronic copy of the Previous Mayor’s Permit
2. Electronic copy of Last Year Financial Statement (if applicable)
3. Electronic copy of the Authorization Letter of Owner/President of Company with valid ID (If the one applying is a representative)
4. Pls add requirements from City Treasurer’s Office

First Step: Online Application

i. Update your Log-in Credentials, cellphone number, E-mail Address and Password.

To update please click the link below or type it in the Google web browser. Select Need Help and choose Update Log-in Credentials.

Note: Kindly prepare your Business Account Number (BAN) that can be seen in your previous Mayor’s Permit and control number sent thru a letter address to your registered business address.

ii. Using your control number and password you can now log-in in the Online Business Application. For security of your transaction, a One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number for account verification.

iii. You can now apply “on-line” and submit the completed digital renewal of your business permit Application.

Second Step: Online Payment with Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA)

Within Five (5) working days you will receive a Statement of Account/Tax Order of Payment in your registered email with the Assessed Amount to be paid and How to Pay it On-Line.

For Online Payment Using LandBank Link.Biz.Portal:

i. Click the link below or type it in the Google web browser

ii. Click PAY NOW. Enter/Select PASAY CITY GOVERNMENT in the Merchant list and click CONTINUE.

iii. Select BUSINESS PERMIT as Transaction Type and Select PAYMENT OPTION of your choice.

iv. Enter required information (refer to your e-SOA for details). Click CONTINUE to process your Payment. For successful transaction, you will receive an E-mail confirmation.

Third Step: Issuance of Permit

Wait for further instructions on release or delivery of your permit.
