Kris Aquino, kakasuhan ang abogadong kapatid ni Nicko Falcis

NAGLABAS ng statement si Kris Aquino sa pamamagitan ng kanyang mga abogado sa Divina Law bilang tugon sa mga ipinahayag ni Atty. Jesus Falcis sa media sa ipinatawag nitong presscon noong Nobyembre 15.

Si Atty. Falcis ang kapatid na abogado ni Nicko Falcis o Nicardo Falcis Jr., ang dating business partner ni Kris at dating managing director ng Kris Cojuangco Aquino Productions (KCAP), na inirereklamo ni Kris ng pagnanakaw sa kanya.

Nobyembre 15 din nang personal na nagtungo si Kris sa Mandaluyong Prosecutor’s Office para pormal sa sumpaan ang kasong qualified theft na isinampa niya laban kay Nicko.

Ayon sa reklamo ni Kris, lumalabas na umabot sa P1.27-M ang umano’y ninakaw ni Nicko gamit ang credit card ng KCAP.

Sa presscon ni Atty. Falcis, sinabi nitong nagsisinungaling umano si Kris at may death threat pa raw sa kanyang kapatid kaya ito nangibang-bansa.

Ayon sa inilabas ng Divina Law na Statement For Ms. Kris Aquino In Response to the Press Con of Atty. Jesus Falcis, ”It is surprising why the brother of Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr., is the one making a public statement on his behalf. Ms. Kris Aquino filed cases against Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr. He has not submitted any counter-affidavit until now. There is no warrant for his arrest. Why is he hiding? Flight is an admission of guilt. Ms. Kris Aquino is not capable of having someone killed. That is why she filed cases in the proper forum. Because she believes in the legal process. She will still be filing other cases. But we will not discuss the cases in media. We tried to reach out to amicably settle these cases. It was Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr., his relatives and his lawyers who were unreasonable, unwilling and insincere. We give you screenshots of the text messages between us and the lawyers of Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr. These exchanges will show that Ms. Kris Aquino is telling the truth.”

Dahil dito nakatakdang sampahan ng kaso ni Kris si Atty. Falcis ngayong Lunes, Nobyembre 19, sa Quezon City Hall of Justice at Prosecutor’s Office.

Nauna nang nanawagan si Kris kay Nicko na magpakita na sa kanya at harapin siya nang personal. Umano’y matagal nang nasa Thailand si Nicko.

“Kaya kaya kong sabihin, kaya kitang patawarin. Pero magpakita ka naman sa akin,” panawagan ni Kris kay Nicko.
