Security Cluster meeting nasentro sa Mindanao (Ayon sa Palasyo)

KINOMPIRMA ng Malacañang, nasentro sa Mindanao security situation ang pinag-usapan sa Security Cluster meeting na ipinatawag ni Pangulong Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.

Sinabi ni Communications Sec. Sonny Coloma, sa nasabing meeting nagbigay ng updates ang AFP at PNP kay Pangulong Aquino sa ginagawang mga operasyon sa rehiyon.

Ayon kay Coloma, patuloy ang determinasyon ng gobyerno para mailigtas ang hostages na hawak ng mga terorista o kidnap-for-ransom groups.

Sa pamamagitan aniya ito nang pinaghalong law enforcement at military operations.

“The President and members of the Security Cluster were given updates by the AFP and the PNP on the security situation in Mindanao. Government continues to exert determined efforts to bring about the safe release of the kidnap-for-ransom hostages through a combination of law enforcement and military operations,” ani Coloma.
