HABANG tumatagal ay halos parang magkapatid ang turingan ng mga miyembro ng bagong girl group ng ABS-CBN na Star Magic Angels.
Ayon sa isang miyembro ng grupo na si Yana Asistio, halos araw-araw ang kanilang bonding tuwing may rehearsals at tapings kaya masasabi natin na kakaiba sila sa mga ibang girl groups ngayon.
“We can cater to all kinds of sexy, especially the wholesome type, which was why our group was formed,” say ni Yana nang nakausap namin siya sa isang laro ng basketball kamakailan. ”I’m still trying to discover what I’m trying to do and what I’m willing to do by being with this group since we’ve been together for only a few months.”
Bukod kay Yana, kasama rin sa Star Magic Angels sina Myrtle Sarrosa, Jed Montero, Aiko Climaco, Loren Burgos, Francesca Florendo, Hanna Ledesma, Shey Bustamante, at Karen Reyes.
Umapir na sila sa ilang mga TV shows ng ABS-CBN tulad ng ASAP 20, It’s Showtime, Banana Split, at Gandang Gabi Vice.
“We’re really close and we treat each other like a family,” dagdag pa ni Yana. ”Tuwing may tapings at rehearsals, we buy food for each other. Pati sports like basketball, we also talk about it sometimes kasi it’s boring to talk about girly stuff. Even we talk about our crushes in sports and our favorite teams that we support. Si Myrtle, she is doing courtside for NCAA and Jed has a boyfriend who is a basketball player. Ako naman, I have a brother, si Anton Asistio, who is playing basketball at Ateneo and my favorite player is Terrence Romeo because I find him so cute.”
Umaasa si Yana na lalong bobongga ang Star Magic Angels habang tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang mga hiwalay at sabay na proyekto sa Dos.
