IBA talaga kapag nag-aasawa, natututong tumayo sa sariling mga paa.Tulad ng nangyayari ngayon kay Sarah Geronimo, marunong nang magnegosyo. Siya kasi ang namamahala ng negosyong itinayo nila ng asawang si Matteo Guidicelli.
Sa paglulunsad kay Sarah bilang pinakabagong ambassador ng Sunlife Philippines kamakailan, naibalita nilang mag-asawa na ang Popstar Royalty ang president at CEO ng kanilang G Productions.
Ani Matteo, marami-rami na silang projects na karamihan ay mga collaboration sa Viva Entertainment tulad ng paggawa ng music video at concerts.
“We see a lot of potentials in artists. We feel like kulang ng push. Ang galing nitong artist na ‘to pero hindi na-push masyado. His talents or capabilities as an artist are not maximized,” ani Sarah.
“Even me, when I hear certain music offered to me, but mayroon akong maiisip na certain artist na parang mas bagay. So, I told my husband, ‘Love, it will be nice that in the future, we can also get involved in production, whatever project that is,” sabi pa ng aktres/singer.
Nagsimula ang G Productions noong kasagsagan ng pandemic. Ani Matte, “We were shooting videos at home on our own. Sabi namin, ‘Love, gawa nga tayo ng production company, G Productions.’ We simply laughed. But afterwards, we took it seriously.”
Ang G Productions ang producer ng upcoming concert nina Sarah at Bamboo sa July 7 sa Araneta Coliseum.
“Proud na proud si Boss Vic (Del Rosario ng Viva). He said, ‘Bakas tayo riyan,’” pagbabahagi ni Sarah.
“I’m really encouraging Sarah. She has creative control in doing what she wants,” ani Matteo.
“I want to make her feel that she can do what she wants to do. I’m just here to support my wife. The legs are down here, but it’s all her creativity.
“Sarah is all about collaborations. If you hear her new songs, those are all from new artists. That’s her advocacy. To really push Filipino artists,” buong pagmamalaki ni Matteo sa kanyang asawa.
“I think that’s part of the protocol that you should know money matters, as well. I hope one day, we artists can really enrich our art,” sabi pa ni Sarah.
“If we’re very passionate on something, on a certain topic and we really want to put time and effort and invest on something, we try to keep it within very, very few people, with our family, just us. It’s more of family-oriented thing all the time,” dagdag pa ni Matteo.
At kahit pareng abala sa kani-kanilang career, tinitiyak nina Sarah at Matteo na may oras sila sa isa’t isa.
“Nakakatuwa nga na nakakapag-travel kaming mag-asawa. Basta we can have enough funds for our travel, we can go. No more material things. What is important is we have our funds for travel and have good food,” sambit pa ni Matteo.
Ang pagtutulungan ng mag-asawa ay akmang-akma sa kampanya ng Sunlife, ang pagbibigay-importansiya sa kaagapay sa buhay na makatutulong para maabot ang mga financial goal, mamuhay ng maayos, at tahimik.

At bilang parte ng campaign, tampok sina Sarah at Matteo sa isang thematic video na nagpapakita na ang Sun Life ay kabahagi o partner for Life. Kasama ang mag-asawa sa pagbuo ng video sa Sun Life, na nagpapakita kung paano sila nagsusuportahan sa isa’t isa. Ipakikita ang video na ito sa national television gayundin sa @SunLifePH Facebook, YouTube, at TikTok.
Si Sarah rin ang umawit ng bagong Sun Life jingle, ang Kasa-Kasama, ka-duet si Inigo Pascual, na kasama ring nagsulat bilang parte rin siya ng Sun Life family.
