3 wanted persons timbog sa NCRPO ops
KALABOSO sa magkakasunod na manhunt operations ng Regional Special Operations Group (RSOG) ng National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) ang tatlong most wanted persons sa kasong rape, kidnapping, at serious illegal detention, sa Makati at Quezon City, nitong Linggo, 2 Mayo.
Sa ulat na isinumite kay NCRPO chief, P/MGen. Vicente Danao, Jr., nahuli sa Block 165, Lot 23, Road 2, Cadena De Amor, Pembo, Makati City, ang akusadong si Jommel Gajardo, alyas Jojo, 20 anyos, kabilang sa 2nd Quarter Most Wanted Person ng NCRPO at Top 7 MWP ng Makati City Police Station dakong 1:30 am.
Hinuli si Gajardo sa bisa ng warrant of arrest ni Judge Robert Victor C. Marcon, Family Court, Branch 3, ng Makati City sa kasong rape, walang inirekomendang piyansa.
Unang nahuli sa harapan ng Pembo Elementary School, Jasmin St., Pembo, Makati City dakong 12:45 pm ang akusado rin sa kasong rape, ‘no-bail recommended’ na si Ace Jury Dg Gajardo, alyas Taxi, 21, grab driver, ng Block 251,Lot 15,Hanzel St., Pembo, Makati City.
Si Gajardo ay sinabing Top 8 MWP ng Makati Police Station, may warrant of arrest sa sala rin ni Judge Marcon.
Maagang nahuli ang akusadong si Aurelio Ramos, Jr., director for online services ng Zynergia Health and Wellness Corp., 53, residente sa Tenement Bldg., Punta, Sta. Ana, Maynila.
Nasakote sa parking area ng Zynergia Health and Wellness Corp., sa West Ave., Brgy. Philam, Quezon City dakong 11:30 am.
Akusado si Ramos sa kidnapping at serious illegal detention na wala rin inirekomendang piyansa si Judge Rosana Fe Romero-Maglaya, Presiding Judge, RTC, NCJR Branch 88, Quezon City.
