Arci Muñoz, no time for love!

Arci Muñoz candidly admitted that she is not lucky when it comes to love.

“Hindi ako magaling diyan, e. Ginagawa ko na lahat, iniiwan pa rin ako!” she said in an interview.

Her last boyfriend was the Chinese businessman Anthony Ng. Their relationship lasted for two years before they finally split early part of 2019.

She also had a relationship with Badi del Rosario, a rock band singer and son of the Brunei Prince Jefri Bolkiah. Tumagal ang relasyon nila ng tatlong taon bago sila naghiwalay finally December of 2016.

“Whenever I’m in a relationship, I give it my all. Sometimes I forget about leaving a little bit of self-love.

“E, ayun po, sa aking mga experience before sa previous relationships ko, as in buhos talaga, e. Parang ako ‘yung lalaki.”

Kung noon ay buwan lang ang pagitan bago siya umibig muli, this time around, she chose to be single first.

“So ngayon na may time ako alone, by myself, single… Eto ‘ata pinakamatagal kong single ako. Magdadalawang taon. Parang freedom na, ‘Wow, sarili ko muna.’”

Now that she is finally alone, she has found the time to take care of herself.

Mas natutukan daw ni Arci ang pag-aalaga sa sarili.

“Ang na-unlock ko during this quarantine, I was able to spend time alone.

“I learned na kailangan for you to be able to love someone else, kailangan mahal mo sarili mo.

“Itong journey na pinagdaraanan ko ngayon, na-appreciate ko ‘yung maliliit na bagay and also to appreciate myself more.”

Right now, she is not in a hurry to have a boyfriend.

May nanliligaw raw kay Arci before the existence of the community quarantine, but love life appears not to be her priority.

“It’s my choice to stay single right now. Like, kahit may nagpaparamdam before lockdown, choice ko talaga, ako muna, sarili ko muna.

“I wanna travel by myself na wala akong iniintindi. I was able to spend time with my family. I’m super duper happy.

“Pagdating ng panahon at andiyan na ‘yung tamang tao para sa akin, ayan na, alam ko na kung paano ‘yung tamang ibibigay ko lang sa taong iyon.”

Dati raw, buhos talaga siya at parang siya ‘yung lalaki.

Ngayon, imaginary boyfriend na lang daw muna!
