Progresibong party-list idinisenyong malaglag sa ‘madayang halalan’

SINISI ng Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas (KMP) si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa sinabi nilang dayaan sa eleksiyon na idine­senyo para masibak ang mga progresibong grupo ng mga party-list.

Ayon sa KMP, ang eleksiyon noong 13 Mayo ang pinaka­masa­ma sa kasaysayan ng bansa.

Kinuwestiyon ng KMP ang mahigit sa pitong oras na pagka­antala ng transmisyon ng election returns at 0.39 porsiyento lamang ang nabibilang.

Ngunit sa pagbalik pasado 1:00 ng madaling araw at 90 porsiyento na ang nabilang.

Anila, sa computer experts, ang pitong oras ay sapat nang palitan ang programa at soft­ware na puwedeng bumura sa mga boto ng Bayan Muna, Anak­pawis, Kabataan, Gabriela, at ACT Teachers.

Anila, ang kaparehong soft­ware ay kayang i-program na mabasa ang mga boto ng kandi­dato ng Hugpong ng Pagbabago at iba pang kandidato ni Duterte.

“This is the reason why Cynthia Villar got more than 3 million votes from Grace Poe, and this number was systematically used to pad the votes of Bong Go, Ronald de la Rosa, Pia Cayetano and the others hand-picked by Duterte,” ayon sa Anakpawis.

Mahigit 600 vote counting machines at sobrang 1000 SD cards ang nasira.

Libo-libong computer receipts ang magpapatunay na iba ang lumabas kaysa ibinoto ng mga botante.

“Thousands of computer receipts showed the names of Duterte senatorial candidates who were not chosen by voters, pre-shaded ballots were seen by voters and the military, police and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) openly campaigned against the Makabayan bloc by distributing tabloids to voters claiming that Anakpawis, Bayan Muna, Kabataan, Gabriela and ACT-Teachers had been disqualified,” ayon sa KMP.

“It’s broad as daylight: The recent elections were rigged to favor those who are allied with Rodrigo Duterte. We will be having a rubber stamp Senate that will bow down to all of Duterte’s whims. In the Lower House, the party-list system that is supposed to represent marginalized sectors was hijacked by political clans and traditional politicians,” ani Rafael Mariano,

Ayon sa second nominee ng Anakpawis partylist at KMP chairperson emeritus.

“We demand transparency and accountability from the Comelec. Comelec is a willing and conscious accomplice to the widespread cheating. The irregularities of this year’s elections go beyond faulty VCMs and doubtful canvassing. The rich and powerful once again used guns, goons, and gold to dominate the 2019 polls, with Duterte as the chief enabler of ruling class interests,” dagdag ni Mariano.

Sa kaunaunahang pagka­kata­on mula 2004, nalaglag ang Anakpawis sa mga partylist na makakukuha ng puwesto sa Kamara.

“Removing Anakpawis partylist from Congress virtually suppresses the voice and representation of the majority of the Filipino people — workers, farmers, indigenous people, and urban poor. The ones who benefitted the most from this poll rigging are landlords and bureaucrat-capitalists opposing Anakpawis’ legislations advo­cating genuine agrarian reform, higher wages and regular jobs for Filipinos,” ayon sa lider ang anakpawis.
