Badoy bagong tulay ni Digong

TINIYAK ni Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) undersecretary for new media Lorraine Badoy, magsisilbi siyang tulay ng media at ng mga mamamayan kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

“I give you my pro-mise that my office will be open and I will be listening and I am your bridge to the President and to our people,” ani Badoy sa panayam sa Palasyo kahapon.

Aniya, bilang bagong opisyal ng PCOO, hindi niya kailangan pabanguhin ang imahe ng Pangulo dahil ang landslide victory ni Duterte noong 2016 presidential elections ay malinaw na indikas-yong nauunawaan siya ng mga Filipino.

“He was voted landslide. The people knew who were they voting for. So, I don’t think I need to improve on the President’s image,” sabi ni Badoy.

“As I said, I think there are just handful dedicated to taking him down but numbers will tell you that the overwhelming majority approve and trust the President. And I don’t see my role as improving the Pre-sident’s image, as it is with building allies for the President,” dagdag niya.
