Kill Duterte & Joma plot tinawanan ni Lorenzana

PINAGTAWANAN ni Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana ang pahayag ng National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP), na balak itumba ng sabwatang Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) at Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) sina Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) founding chairman Jose Ma. Sison.

“What? A plot to eliminate them? Laughable!” reaksiyon ni Lorenzana sa umano’y assassination plot ng CIA-AFP kina Duterte at Sison.

Sa kalatas ng NDFP, nakatanggap umano sila ng mga ulat mula sa ilang sources sa AFP na ilang opisyal ng militar na assets ng CIA at malapit kay AFP chief of staff General Eduardo Año, ang nagpakana ng “two-stage plot” para likidahin sina Sison at Duterte.

Anang NDFP, ang unang yugto ng umano’y military plot, magpadala ng hit team sa The Netherlands upang paslangin si Sison na umano’y may basbas nina Duterte at Año, bago o matapos iproklama ang batas militar sa buong bansa.

Layunin anila ng asasinasyon, upang mademoralisa ang rebolusyonaryong puwersa na magdudulot ng agam-agam at kaguluhan sa kanilang hanay.

Sabi ng NDFP, palalabasin ng militar na ang hit team ay binubuo ng mga pasaway na miyembro ng New People’s Army (NPA) kahit umano galing sila sa special forces ng AFP at mga dating kasapi ng dating urban partisan hit squad ng NPA ang Alex Boncayao Brigade (ABB).

“The first stage of the military plot is to send a hit team to The Netherlands in order to assassinate Sison, with the verbal approvals of Duterte and Año, before or after the proclamation of martial law nationwide. The rationale of the assassination is to demoralize the revolutionary forces and possibly sow confusion and pandemonium among them. The head and members of the hit team are made to appear as entirely renegades or dropouts from the New People’s Army even as they are handpicked mainly from the special forces of the AFP and secondarily from the former Alex Boncayao Brigade,” pahayag ng NDFP.

Ang ikalawang yugto ng military plot, anang NDFP, ay maglulunsad umano ng kudeta para patalsikin si Duterte dahil sa pakikipagmabutihan sa CPP at NPA sa loob ng ilang dekada, pagtataksil sa alyansa sa US at pagkiling sa China at Russia.

Kasama rin anila ang umano’y pagpapairal ni Duterte ng ‘favoritism’ sa ilang opisyal ng pulis at militar, pagbalewala sa professional standards ng AFP at PNP, panunuhol sa mga tropa ng pamahalaan para magpatupad ng extrajudcial killings, at kabiguan na lutasin ang problema sa illegal drugs sa kabila ng malupit at lantarang paglabag sa karapatang pantao.

“The second stage of the military plot is a coup to overthrow Duterte for having collaborated with the communist party and the NPA for decades, betraying the alliance with the US and veering towards China and Russia, playing favorites with certain military and police officers, subverting the professional standards of the military and police forces, corrupting and criminalizing them in the commission of extrajudicial killings and failing to solve the problem of illegal drugs despite the crude and flagrant violations of human rights,” giit ng NDFP.

Naniniwala ang NDFP na ipinatutupad na ang unang yugto ng military plot kaya naghigpit ng seguridad kay Sison, binabantayan na siya ng volunteers, at kinukunan ng larawan ang mga tao sa kanyang paligid kahit sa kanyang bahay sa The Netherlands.

“The NDFP is of the view that, even while the two-stage military plot, especially the first stage, needs further verification, the plot must be immediately exposed in order to discourage its implementation. There is high probability that the hit team for assassinating Sison is already operational. Thus, Sison has already started to take security precautions, such as letting volunteers guard him and take photographss of those in his vicinity at home or in public places,” sabi ng NDFP.

Ipinaalala ng NDFP ang mga naunang pahayag ni Duterte na puwede siyang mapatalsik ng kudeta kaya nagtatalaga ng mga retiradong uniporme sa gabinete at iba pang posisyon sa pamahalaan.

Ngunit ilang beses ipinaliwanag ni Duterte sa mga naging talumpati na kaya siya nagtatalaga ng dating pulis o militar sa civilian position dahil bilib siya sa disiplina nila hindi gaya ng mga sibilyan na matigas ang ulo at mahirap pasunurin.

Sinita ng NDFP si Duterte na wakasan ang all-out war policy laban sa kilusang rebolusyonaryo, huwag isailalim sa martial law ang buong bansa, at kumalas sa balak na paglikida kay Sison.

Pinayuhan nila si Duterte na seryosohin at magpakita ng sinseridad sa negosasyong pangkapayapaan at tumalima sa CARHRIL sa pamamagitan ng pagpapalaya sa lahat ng detenidong politikal at tugunan ang ugat ng digmaang sibil sa pamamagitan ng “mutual agreements on social, economic and political reforms.”
