John Lloyd wagi sa 76th Locarno Film Festival (LFF) ng Golden Jug Award

ISA na namang award ang napasakamay ni John Lloyd Cruz. Naiuwi niya ang tinatawag na Boccalino d’Oro prize o Golden Jug Award dahil siya ang itinanghal na Best Actor sa 76th Locarno Film Festival (LFF)sa Switzerland.

Kinilala siya dahil sa kanyang pagganap sa Lav Diaz film na Essential Truths of the Lake.

At dahil nga nagbigay ng karangalan si John Lloyd sa ating bansa, super proud na ibinandera ito ng Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) sa kanilang social media.

Kalakip niyan ang congratulatory message ng chairman at CEO ng ahensiya na si Tirso Cruz III.

Mensahe ni Tirso kay Lloydie, “It is with great joy and pride that I congratulate one of the most talented artists of our country, Mr. John Lloyd Cruz, for having won the Boccalino d’Oro prize (Golden Jug Award) for Best Actor at the 76th Locarno Film Festival (LFF) in Switzerland.”
