TILA mauuwi sa korte ang nangyaring pagpapahayag ni Lolito Go, lyricist at composer, ukol sa umano’y alam niya sa paghihiwalay nina Moira dela Torre at Jason Hernandez.
Na hindi naman pinalampas ni Cornerstone Entertainment Vice President Jeff Vadillo ang ukol sa bintang ni Go, lalo na ang usaping ghostwriter.
Sinagot naman din ni Go ang mga sinabi ni Jeff at iginiit na hindi niya sinisiraan si Moira.
Pero may post ang legal counsel ng Cornerstone Entertainment na si Atty. Joji Alonso sa Facebook account nito noong Linggo ng gabi na bagamat hindi tinukoy kung sino ang pinatutungkulan niya, inirepost naman iyon ni Jeff.
Narito ang post ni Atty. Joji, “I have been advising a celebrity client not to pursue legal action against her estranged husband, despite strong grounds against him, and instead focus on the more important issue – where a Petition is set to be filed.
“Then today, someone writes a story filled with lies and decides to make it a ‘pinned post’, with no intention other than discrediting and maligning said client. No matter how much I believe in forging peaceful co-existence, this is not one we will let pass.
“This someone must be sued and take accountability,” dagdag pa ng legal counsel.
