NANAWAGAN ang Quezon City Advocates for Responsible Entertainment, Sports + Gaming and Wellness (QCARES +) kay Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte na hilingin sa IATF na payagang magpatuloy ang business operations ng kanilang mga miyembro sa ilalim ng enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) sa National Capital Region (NCR).
Iminungkahi ng QCARES na ikonsiderang Authorized Persons Outside of their Residence (APOR) ang mga tauhan ng mga establisimiyento na ‘fully vaccinated’ laban sa CoVid-19.
Ang QCARES + ay may 30,000 economic movers sa grassroots level at nakapag-aambag sa ekonomiya ng lungsod sa pamamagitan ng mga serbisyo at buwis.
“The QCARES +, whose thousands of members are not exempted from the miseries brought about by the impact of CoVid-19 pandemic,
remains steadfast in its resolve to support whatever programs and plans of action by the city governmet and the IATF which represents the national government to stop the spread of the corona virus,” deklarasyon ng grupo sa isang pahayag.
“The QCARES +, with its tens of thousands lowly workers are now in limbo or in a state of uncertainty as to what alternate economic endeavor would be possible for their survival, or government support to make their ends meet,” dagdag ng grupo.
