PINAIIMBESTIGAHAN ng Palasyo sa Department of Justice (DOJ) ang ulat na nag-preside pa rin sa pulong sa National Youth Commission (NYC) si Ronald Cardema bilang chairman kahit naghain na siya ng petition upang maging substitute nominee ng Duterte Youth party-list group.
“We refer the case of Cardema to the DOJ because we have received reports that despite his filing of a certificate of substitute, he presided over a meeting subsequent to that certification,” ani Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo sa Palace press briefing kahapon.
Kung totoo aniya na nag-preside si Cardema sa meeting ay madaling malaman dahil naka-record ang pulong sa NYC at puwedeng tanungin ang ibang commissioners.
“If he really presided, that will be recorded. All meetings of the commission are recorded. It will reflect, it will be there on the record. It’s very easy to determine and all you have to do is to ask other commissioners,” dagdag niya.
Ipinasisiyasat din aniya ng Palasyo ang report na ginamit ni Cardema ang kanyang posisyon sa NYC para ikampanya ang Duterte Youth party-list group.
Hindi aniya kinokonsinti ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang mga supporter, kaalyado, kaibigan kapag may ginawang mali.
“With respect to being a supporter of the President, as we have repeatedly said no allies, no friends, no supporters if they committed any wrong will be tolerated by this government,” aniya. (ROSE NOVENARIO)
