MAS pinapahalagahan ngayon ni Kris Aquino ang kanyang kalusugan matapos ang pinagdaanan sa nakaraang health condition dulot ng sakit na Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria. Para rin ito sa kapakanan ng kanyang dalawang anak na sina Josh at Bimby.
Sa post nga ni Kris sa kanyang Instagram noong Lunes, November 12, muli na namang umatake ang kanyang urticaria, na naging sanhi ng pagtaas ng kanyang blood pressure. Kaya naman napilitan siyang ikansela ang dalawang work-related activities sa araw na iyon. Malugod namang tinanggap ng dalawang malalaking kompanya na hindi niya pinangalanan ang kanyang paghingi ng paumanhin.
Ang health condition din niya ang naging dahilan kaya hindi rin niya agad nagawa ang kanyang shoot para sa ineendoso niyang Ever Bilena at Kris LifeKits. Kaya proud siyang ipakita sa kanyang IG ang clips ng natapos niyang video shoot.

Health wise it was tough- after midnight i had a bad urticaria attack and Bimb had asthma. My body was fighting to protect me so my BP went up to 165/100.
i am not allowed to mention the 2 very big companies that graciously accepted my apology for canceling my 10 AM INSPIRATIONAL TALK and my 12 noon lunch meeting today because i need to strictly follow my doctor and have complete bed REST for at least 48 hours. Allergens are still present- BP is now a low 90/60. They know how GRATEFUL i am for their compassion.
PLEASE TREAT YOUR BODIES WITH CARE. Work commitments do matter and we need my paycheck, BUT now i know my priority, my HEALTH comes first because my sons still need and deserve the 100% love and presence of the only parent they now have.
