Iyon iyong next na goal and I think, lahat naman ng ginagawa ko is helping lead to that. People might not see it right now, but I’m gaining experience with every project that I’m doing here. Kahit na sabihing dito sa Filipinas iyan, experience pa rin iyan na madadala ko sa mga gusto kong i-pursue in the future. “So hopefully after kong… parang I’ll focus on this first. I still feel that there are a few more things that I’d like to do and a few more things that I’d like to try here. But, hindi ko pa naman nakakalimutan that other big dream that I have, ‘yung international (market).” Sinabi rin ng 28-year-old beauty queen/actress na dream niya ang maging isa sa babae sa James Bond movie. “Hindi pa rin nawawala ‘yung Bond girl, nakabantay nga ako roon, e, nakabantay ako sa Bond girl kasi alam kong may lalabas na bago. And they’re really trying to experiment already with the casts, so it’s really different this time. And even sina Esther (Swan), Miss Universe, IMG, they all know that I really want something like that. If not that, something like that. So we’ll see, we’ll see what we can do. Maybe for now we can work on… busy kasi ako rito, dapat ay nandoon ako. “Like for example, we’ll start first with Music Videos. Alam mo ‘yun, leading lady sa music video? Then we slowly work our way up. But, it’s still at the back of my mind. I just can’t jump into it without being prepared,” saad ni Pia. MARAMI pang dream projects ang masipag na director na si Neal Tan, kabilang dito ang mai-direk ang mga premyadong aktres na sina Ms Nora Aunor at Ms. Vilma Santos. Pero sa ngayon, isa sa pelikulang masa-sabi niyang proud siya ang katatapos lang niyang gawin na pinamagatang Men In Uniform.

“Ito ay isang advocacy film na tinatampukan nina Alfred Vargas, Jeric Rabal, Rommel Padilla, Empress Schuck, at Rayver Cruz,” paha-yag ni Direk Neal.

Idinagdag pa niyang natutuwa siya dahil maayos ang shooting nila ng naturang pelikula. “Very cooperative lahat dito, ang genre nito ay action/drama/documentary. Ang story and screenplay ko ito. Men In Uniform is a project of PCRG (Police Community Relations Group-PNP) produced ng Bagsay Lahi batch ng PNPA headed by Leonora Sy.

“Kuwento ito ng five police who dedicated their lives in the call of duty. The purpose of this film is to encourage the people in bringing back the trust in the PNP. The act of bravery of these police officers displayed the extraordinary courage and professionalism in a circumstance of peril and exemplary performance beyond the call of duty is worthy of emulation among their fellow officers in the police service and to uplift the image of the Philippine National Police (PNP).

Nasabi rin niya ang na-raramdamang satisfaction sa paggawa ng pelikulang tulad nito. ”Ibang satisfaction ang gumawa ng isang advocacy film, ‘di ka na magwo-worry kung kikita o hindi, dahil advocacy nga, lalo na at may sariling market ito. Mostly kasi, hindi para kumita ang main purpose ng producer kung hindi maglahad ng mensahe.

“Bale secondary na lang siguro ang kumita o bumalik man lang ang puhunan.”
