NAKAHANDA na ang Metro Manila police force sa pagkakaloob ng seguridad sa mahigit isang libong delegado na dadalo sa 50th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) at iba pang mga aktibidad sa linggong ito.
Sinabi ni National Capital Region Police Office head, Director Oscar Albayalde, “We are very much ready. We have deployed our personnel in all 21 hotels that our delegates will be checked in.”
Ayon kay Albayalde, idi-deploy ng NCRPO ang mahigit 13,000 uniformed personnel at dagdag na 1,286 personnel mula sa iba pang mga ahensiya.
“Lahat lahat we expect 1,700 delegates both foreign and local,” aniya.
Ang mga delegado ay mananatili sa 21 hotels sa Metro Manila.
