KC Concepcion is now fully decided to retrieve her former body prior to her two years on a binge diet.
On Instagram, KC avers that her weight loss journey has started and she is fully decided to give it her best shot.
Her goal is to trim down her two-year worth of weight gain.
“It’s been two years since getting the dreaded dengue virus AND pneumonia too, just four months apart — as you can imagine, my body went completely haywire!
“My grandma passed away during this time as well so I went through severe cortisol deficiency/chronic fatigue.
Nag-gain daw siya ng weight with alacrity at hindi na niya ito nakontrol.
Nang matauhan, she started focusing on that healthy lifestyle change with eating the proper food, doing exercise coupled with stress ma-nagement and “being good to your mind and body every single day!”
Para sa kanyang fitness routine, regularly ay uma-attend siya ng G-Force’s White Shirt Love dance classes under Georcelle Dapat-Sy, since June.
Nag-enroll rin daw siya sa Pilates class to help improve her strength and flexibility, and develop well-sculpted muscles, 45 minutes raw ito per session.
It’s her “new obsession to complement Pilates.”
“Today I learned about ‘hot yoga’ — the infrared light has healing properties and gives you smooth skin, detoxes your body, makes your heart healthy.
“My word for it is GENTLE… So different from bikram yoga which uses a more dry ultraviolet light to heat up the room… but just as much sexy SWEAT!
