US nakatutok sa terror group (Sumusuporta sa ISIS sa PH)

TINUTUTUKAN ng US ang mga grupo sa Filipinas na nagpahayag ng pakikiisa sa international terror group na Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

Sa isang forum sa Quezon City, sinabi ni US Ambassador to the Philippines Philip Goldberg, may commitment ang Amerika sa rehiyong Asya-Pasipiko sa kampanya kontra-terorismo.

“We all have to be on guard against groups for example that pledge allegiance to ISIS that say that they want involvement with the kind of activities and ideology represented by ISIS and we are watching that, as is the Philippines, very closely and we need to continue to do so to make sure that whatever rhetorical support, or whatever might be happening behind the scenes, doesn’t become a danger to the Phils or to the region. and i think that’s the commitment that we have,” ani Goldberg.

Nauna nang napaulat na nagpahayag ng pakikiisa ang local terror groups Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) at Ansaruf Khalifa sa ISIS.
